Our Company

Shayne + Amber Hutchins, the couple behind Hutch House Properties, recently moved from Ontario, Canada to St. Petersburg, Florida to pursue their life long dream of working together in real estate/ design. They've been married for 27 years, have 4 children, and are passionate about helping other families find the properties + projects that accomplish their dreams as well.
